Filming a commercial for City Property Investments

We have been working with City Property Investments, producing a commercial to highlight their work in Glasgow.

City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP was specifically established by City Property to acquire the Council’s non-operational investment portfolio for £120 million in March 2010.

The portfolio is one of the most significant commercial portfolios in the City and extends to around 2500 commercial properties across a range of sectors including 19 industrial estates, retail units, office space and ground leases.

The Investments team is responsible for the provision of professional property and lease management for the commercial portfolio. This includes efficient asset management in order to maximise income as well as providing a range of technical duties such as fire damage reinstatement, dilapidations, condition surveys and the upgrading and refurbishment of the commercial premises.
